Booking, Payment, Damage and Cancelation Policies
All Invoices must be paid in full by Credit Card or Co. Check before equipment leaves the shop,unless prior arraignments for credit have been made.
By confirming your order or accepting delivery you authorize any credit card charges for damages or cancellation, or rental charges.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00pm. Business Days are Monday to Friday
Bookings made less than 1 business day before departure from the shop may be subject to additional prep fees.
Any additions or subtractions to an order less than 24 hours before departure from the shop may result in additional prep or cancellation fees.
Any order canceled less than 1 business day before departure from the shop may be charged full price for the rental equipment.
Any order canceled less than 1 business day before departure from the shop may have any and all discounts removed and the total equipment rental portion of the bill returned to “List Price”.
Any order canceled less than 1 business day before departure from the shop may be charged Full price for any “Endorsement Prep Fees”,”Drum head service” and other “expendables'” ( Strings, Sticks, Batteries, etc )
Any order canceled less than 1 business day before departure from the shop with “Show or Tech Labor” may be charged Half Price for “Show or Tech Labor.”
Any gear returned late, or unavailable for pickup, will be charged at the full daily rate all discounts removed, for actual number of days out of the shop, past the original date of return or pickup. Charges will continue until gear is returned or replacement is paid for.
Any Failure to pay on Agreed Terms may cause any and all discounts to be eliminated and the invoice to revert to List Price for the actual number of days used.
Any equipment lost or damaged by the renter will be repaired or replaced at Manufacturers Suggested List Price solely at the discretion of BIR
