We have a rehearsal studio in LIC Queens, just minutes from Manhattan at the base of the 59th Street bridge. Two blocks from the N/W 36th Avenue stop, two blocks from the R/G/V 36th Street stop.
BEST is owned and operated by ex and current road guys. We know what it’s like out there and we will strive to make your time at BEST pleasant and productive.
We offer competitive pricing, serious gear and service, easy parking, DRIVE IN BUILDING for easy equipment and artist drop offs and pick ups 100′ feet of curb space- plenty of room for a semi or crew bus. Excellent local restaurants and deliveries.

Rehearsal studios are essentially a real estate business, operating one in NYC is challenging to say the least. For those of us who have been around since the 1970′s we have seen great studios come and go, places like Top Cat, Safe Sound, Rocket, PAW, CMS ( Now operating in Brooklyn) and of course the SIR sound stage on 52nd st.
Today the real estate prices make it difficult to maintain a facility in midtown . The cost of commercial rents and others various costs like parking, hotel rooms and taxis, have served to make Long Island City in Queens attractive to production companies across a broad spectrum of the entertainment industry.
